This course is about one of those relationships: independent contractor status, and specifically, what it means to hold that status with Zikabrims.

By the end of this course, you’ll understand exactly what you are — and are not — entitled to as an independent contractor, how Placements are structured and confirmed, who owns the work you produce, what happens to your confidentiality and non-circumvention obligations, and how the relationship can end if it needs to. None of this is designed to scare you. It’s designed to make sure that when you sign the Independent Contractor Agreement, you’re signing something you actually understand, not something you clicked through to get to the good part.
